One has to be a little careful with philosophy. It can belittle your ambitions as there is too much of pessimism in philosophy, specially Schopenhauer’s. I believe that every organization should have a CPO ( Chief Philosophy Officer ) promoting philosophical corporate lesson from ancient Roman/Greek philosophy and take us to the futuristic philosophies like transhumanism/singularity.
