The threat of technological unemployment is real. In the coming age of AI the human way of managing things will be inefficient if not totally futile. We need to step away from the idea of being productive and start focusing on lifelong learning and have some worthy objectives. Our addiction to work is pathological. It is time to look at success, life, and career differently. Work is worship may not be very true in the future.

It takes years to notice, but the economic effects are immediate. Damage is much more that - New technologies are eroding the value of present education and decades of experience, thus wiping out self confidence of employees.
